Why ground-based cleaning
Most gutter damage caused by cleaners does not come from the gutter itself, it comes from a ladder resting against a fascia board or gutter bracket that was never designed to take that weight. Working from the ground with a telescopic vacuum pole and a camera means nothing rests against your house, and you get to see the footage of what came out.
What a visit looks like
Richard walks the property first, checks access and any overhanging trees, then clears every run of gutter and flushes each downpipe to confirm water is actually getting through. You get before and after photos on WhatsApp or email the same day.
Insurance and fixed pricing
Public liability insurance covers every job. The price agreed on the phone or by WhatsApp is the price on the invoice, whether the job takes forty minutes or ninety.
